Identisys is a leading identification support company.

When you confirm a support contract with Identisys you will be covered for the agreed terms of your support package. if you have a technical issue simply call 01604 710 462 and raise a call ticket by speaking to one of our engineers or send an email to support@identisys.co.uk stating your company name, contact nameand a relevasnt telephone number so that we can arrange a call or visit to site. Generally upon a ticket being raised, one of our engineers will contact you as soon as is possible, they will identify the problem and make a plan with you to get you up and running again.

Support contracts are active for twelve months from receipt of official purchase order. Above response times are for England only, Wales, Scotland & Ireland POA. Response times are based on standard working hours (Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 17:00 hrs) (Friday 09:00 - 16:00) and timed from receipt of call & indicates maximum amount of time for on-site arrival of service engineer. Standard working hours (Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 17:00 GMT) (Fridays 09: - 16:00) excluding weekends and Bank / National Holidays. Identisys cannot be held liable for unforeseen circumstances that prevent arrival within any previously agreed time frame, all journeys are subject to road & traffic conditions and Identisys reserve the right to change, re-book or postpone visits due to any circumstances out of our control.

On-site hour rates are charged per hour or part of. Parts are not included. Distances calculated via Google Maps by using NN17 5JG as a start point. "additional charges" Fuel surcharges apply for UK pump prices that currently exceed £1.30 per litre on the day of the visit.

It is always advisable to have your printing equipment protected by a preventative maintenance service & support contract.
